Some decisions don’t feel hard because you lack information.
They feel hard because they really matter.
You’ve likely gone over this one decision from every angle.
You’ve made lists, thought it through, tried to be reasonable.
And still it feels heavy. Or almost impossible.
You’re not doing it wrong.
But it's very likely that pressure has taken over the process.
The Decision Reset is here to help you step out of that pressure and think clearly again without rushing, forcing answers or overriding yourself to please others.
This guide is for you if:
You’re stuck in a loop with one important decision you can’t seem to resolve
You feel pressure to choose “right” and it’s drowning out your own voice and thoughts
You don’t want advice, motivation or someone else’s answer
You want clarity that doesn’t require burning everything down
It’s especially helpful if you’re thoughtful, self-aware and used to figuring things out, yet find this decision you have at hand unusually hard.
This isn’t a workbook to complete or a mindset to adopt.
It’s a structured pause - a way to slow the noise down enough to see what’s really going on.
With this guide, you’ll:
Understand why this decision feels so heavy
Separate fear, pressure and expectations from what’s actually true for you
Break out of black-and-white thinking and see more realistic options
Identify a next step that moves things forward (without locking you in)
Leave the Decision Reset feeling clearer, more self-trusting and with your next step(s) in front of you
No fluff or woo-woo.
No fancy jargon.
No pretending clarity is instant.
Just to be clear: this guide will not tell you what to decide, promise instant certainty, push you to be “braver” or “more decisive” or pressure you into action.
It’s designed to support your thinking, not replace it.
A note from me
Your Decision Guide
I created The Decision Reset because I know what it’s like to sit with a decision that feels almost impossible to resolve. Since I used to be a fixer, ultimate planner and people-pleaser, things got even more complicated...
In the Reset, I'm also sharing one of my big decision stories and how this got me creating the process you're about to dive into. It reflects how I personally approach decisions now: slowing down, widening the frame and choosing in ways I can actually stand behind, even when (or especially when?) the future isn’t clear.
We don’t need to get it "right" because we can't see the future and we never know fully what will be right for us in the long run.
But if we stopped overriding ourselves in our decisions, I believe we would have so many people never having to relate to "imagine you're 90 years old and think back on things you regret" videos on social media :)
Let's get the unnecessary noise out of our heads!
